What the job requires

Responsabilities
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Support and process month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with audits and tax filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Prepare payments in the banking software.
- Prepare wages through the ERP system.
Mandatory skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have skills
- Experience with Odoo ERP system.
- Familiarity with local tax laws and financial regulations.
- Ongoing or completed professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Understanding of different business department impacts on accounting.
