Responsabilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Record inspection results and report any non-conformities or defects.
- Assist in maintaining quality documentation and records.
- Support the implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory skills
- High school diploma or technical certificate.
- 0–2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing (internships welcome).
- Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- ERP / Mobile app skills.
Nice to have skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
