The CMO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality, improving efficiency, and aligning manufacturing strategies with overall business goals. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing large-scale production environments.

Responsabilities
- Develop and execute the company’s manufacturing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee all manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production.
- Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, quality, OPEX and engineering teams to support product development and innovation.
- Manage capital investment projects, including equipment upgrades, and automation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and lead a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.
- Drive digital transformation and smart manufacturing initiatives (e.g., Industry 4.0).
Mandatory skills
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven experience managing manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing technologies.
- Knowledge of composites.
Nice to have skills
- Experience in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, or industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with sustainability and green manufacturing practices.
- Multilingual abilities and international experience are a plus.
