Responsabilities


  • Design and develop composite parts and assemblies using CAD and FEA tools.
  • Select appropriate composite materials and manufacturing processes within those available in the factory (e.g., hand lay-up, resin infusion, autoclave, filament winding).
  • Perform structural analysis and simulations to validate designs.
  • Create technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with production teams to support manufacturing and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct testing and validation of composite components.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
  • Participate in R&D projects to explore new materials and technologies.
Mandatory skills 


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in composite design and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and FEA tools
  • Strong understanding of composite materials, lay-up techniques, and curing processes.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ASME).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production processes and products.
Nice to have skills


  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or marine composites.
  • Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
  • Hands-on experience with prototype fabrication and testing.
  • Project management or cross-functional team experience.
