Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Test Lab Technician to support our product testing and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests, recording data, and ensuring that products meet required specifications and standards. This role is essential to maintaining product quality and supporting research and development efforts as well as random sample testing.

Responsabilities
- Set up, with supplier support, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments for testing materials, components, or finished products.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, chemical, or environmental tests according to standard procedures.
- Record and analyze test data, suggesting improvements.
- Assist in developing and validating new test methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Help ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
Mandatory skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Materials Science).
- 0–2 years of experience in a laboratory or testing environment (internships included).
- Familiarity with lab equipment and testing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols.
Nice to have skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial lab setting.
- Knowledge of quality standards and testing certifications.
- Familiarity with open source statistical analysis and lab software.
