We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Officer to lead and oversee maintenance operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of equipment and infrastructure, supervising junior staff, and contributing to preventive maintenance planning and continuous improvement.

Responsabilities
- Supervise and perform maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Support facility upgrades, installations, machinery and improvement projects.
- Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering team for any change request on equipment.
Mandatory skills
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and CMMS software.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Nice to have skills
- Certification in electrical or mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, PLC, welding).
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with lean maintenance or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
