Responsabilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report needs for replenishment or maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and incidents.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Mandatory skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings if required.
