Job description
We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Logistics & Purchase Officer to support our procurement and logistics operations. This role involves assisting with purchasing activities, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the supply chain field. Coordination with the warehouse officer and CMO are key to insure stability of the production.

Responsabilities
- Assist in sourcing from suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals, with system assistance.
- Track and confirm order deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor shipment schedules and update stakeholders on delivery status.
- Assist with customs documentation and import/export procedures.
- Support inventory control and stock level monitoring.
- Maintain procurement and logistics documentation.
Mandatory skills
- Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain (internships included).
- Rapid learning of ERP system, experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Nice to have skills
- Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Multilingual abilities (especially English and French) are a plus.
- Experience at forwarding agent.
