We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to support our Human Resources in delivering a wide range of HR services. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, strong organizational and inepersonal skills, and a desire to grow in the HR field and setup efficient processes within the organisation.

Responsabilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, including timesheets.
- Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Assist in administering employee benefits and responding to related inquiries.
- Assist in the safety programs nad preventions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements
Mandatory skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR role (internships included).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Nice to have skills
- Experience with HR systems, especially Odoo
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Multilingual skills, especially EN, are a plus.
- Local recruitment knowledge.
