Responsabilities


  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Moroccan labour regulations.
  • Prepare and process payroll, social security, and tax declarations.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks: office supplies, travel arrangements, and facility management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour laws.
  • Support management with HR analytics and reporting.
  • Liaise with external partners (recruitment agencies, government offices, service providers).
Mandatory skills 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR and/or office administration, preferably in Morocco.
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in French and Arabic (English is a plus).
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Nice to have skills


  • Experience with payroll software or Odoo.
  • Previous experience in a multinational or industrial environment.
  • Project management skills or certification.
  • Knowledge of English (written and spoken).
