Job description
We are seeking a versatile and technically skilled Full Stack Developer – IT Administrator to join our IT team. This hybrid role involves developing and maintaining our ERP system and website while also managing the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the software stack and has a solid understanding of system administration, networking, and cybersecurity.

Responsabilities
- Develop, and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Maintain and optimize databases and APIs.
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Manage and maintain networks, and IT systems (on-premise and cloud-based).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Provide technical support to staff and manage IT helpdesk tickets.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory and licensing.
Mandatory skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in full stack development and IT administration.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS)
- Experience with back-end languages (Python)
- Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL)
- Strong knowledge of system administration (Windows/Linux), networking, and cybersecurity.
Nice to have skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Knowledge of IT compliance and data protection regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
