Responsabilities
- Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Help with repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Report major issues or hazards to superior.
- Log notes in the ERP system on maintenance actitivies.
Mandatory skills
- High school diploma or technical certificate in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role (internships or apprenticeships welcome).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, or plumbing systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Ability to work independently and source solutions.
Nice to have skills
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems, or mobile app proficiency.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed.
