Responsabilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechatronic systems, including mechanical components, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Support the integration of hardware and software for automation and robotics applications.
- Participate in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and components.
- Create and update technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
- Conduct research on new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Mandatory skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in mechatronics or automation (internships welcome).
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), PLC programming, and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and source information.
Nice to have skills
- Experience with robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ROS).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB.
- Exposure to industrial automation tools (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley PLCs).
- Understanding of IoT and smart manufacturing concepts.
- Ladder programming.
